Family holiday Villa in Side Turkey to rent - a Spacious Luxury Three Bedroom,
Three Bathroom Villa spread over three floors, which is situated at the heart of Colakli ,
a unique area of Side Turkey.
The family Villa is situated on a beautiful landscaped Complex which has a spacious circular swimming pool with kids pool and play area, all surrounded by a large sun terrace, shaded by arcades with comfy loungers.
The Villa has carefully tended landscaped garden where you can sit and relax or enjoy your own barbecue! .
There will be a cafe(2009) to enjoy a cold beer and a snack while surfing the internet if you wish,
a Tennis court, a fitness centre and a sauna for relaxing after a good workout.
The Complex is also situated for easy access to Colakli Turtle Beach, which is gently sloping and ideal for children and where you will find a range of water sports and there is a small water park locally
On the lower floor There is an entrance hall with storage and hidden washing machine and Bathroom,
which leads to the Kitchen, which include fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
Wide range of utensils, crockery, pots and pans.
The lounge leads to a spacious pool facing balcony, which is great for alfresco dining,
the Villa has additional private sunbathing balconys on the upper floors.
There is a comfy corner sofa and single chair to watch the LCD TV or listen to Music .
The TV receives Satellite TV showing popular European stations.
There is a six chair dining table overlooking the Pool.
There is three bedrooms with Bathrooms on the second and third floors
all with air conditioning / heating ( though you are unlikely to need the heating )
The top bedroom with on suite jacuzzi bath has a fantastic private balcony
overlooking the pool and Taurus Mountains.
