When you arrive in Turkey, each memeber of your party requires an entry visa, which is simply a dated stamp in your passport. Visas cost £10.00 per person, children included, and must be paid in cash ( Sterling or Euro )
The good news is the visas last for three months, so if you fancy a second trip!!
The currency of Turkey is the Turkish Lira, though almost everywhere will accept Euro, However, the cheapest way to buy in Turkey is to pay using Lira.
Useful Information
Booking Taxi Transfers
We can arrange taxi transfers direct to the villa if required for approx £70 per family.
Eating in or going out
I f you plan to eat in, as we have said on other pages, we provide all the usual cooking and eating facilities.
There is a small market and butchers at the top of the complex, approx 20m from the top of the complex
and a large supermarket ( Migros ) just on the main highway on the road to Side, about 9km from the complex.
If you wish to eat out, Side is a very inexpensive place to eat, there are plenty of options down by the
Harbour overlooking the Mediterranean, and there is a very good Chinese restaurant on the Side coast road called China Court. Try Connys situated in the Kemer region of Side, great for a special night out.
There is now a Shuttle bus that comes to the Aquarius Villas and will take you to Fizz beach
bar and restaurant, great beach, water sports, food and service. Check the security gate for more details.
There are great restaurants called Cihan and Emek which also does takeaway direct to the Villa
and will pick you up and take you to there restaurant, again great food and service,
details are in the Information pack in the Villa.
But there are to many to mention, the quality of food is generally wonderful, so enjoy!!
